From Idea to Reality
You have an idea that could change everything, but no clear path to a working product. Or you've already started, but the project has stalled, scope has ballooned, and momentum has died.
Finding the right developer is overwhelming. Agencies quote months and six figures. Freelancers disappear. You're left wondering whether your idea is even technically viable.
The cost isn't just time. It's runway, opportunity, and the risk of never knowing if it could have worked.
The 10-Day Intervention is different.
It removes the friction. One decision-maker. One clear objective. Ten days. Absolute focus on the critical path. No months of planning. No six-figure quotes. No disappearing freelancers.
Whether you're building from scratch or rescuing something broken, you walk away with either a working product you can demo, or a clear decision about what happens next.
What This Is (And Isn't)
This Is
- A ten-day, fixed-scope engagement with defined success criteria
- Builds new MVPs from scratch or rescues stalled projects
- Senior-level execution from day one
- Designed to produce a working product or a clear decision
- Complete with walkthrough, handover, and next steps
This Is Not
- General development work or a replacement team
- A promise of feature completeness or full product delivery
- Ongoing support or long-term engagement
- A cheap option for budget-conscious projects
- Extensive polish or production hardening
What You Walk Away With
Every intervention ends with one of two outcomes, depending on what the project needs.
Working Product
For new builds and projects ready to ship.
- MVP built from scratch, ready to demo or test
- Working prototype proving technical viability
- Stalled project unblocked and back on track
- Core feature delivered end-to-end
- Solid foundation for continued development
Clear Decision & Plan
When clarity matters more than code.
- Go/no-go recommendation with evidence
- Architecture direction validated or redirected
- Technical debt assessment with prioritised remediation
- Roadmap for next steps with realistic scope
- Pivot or stop recommendation (if that's the honest answer)
How It Works
Ten business days from kickoff to completion. Structured for momentum and decisive outcomes.
Day 0
Discovery & Scope Lock
We define exactly what we're building and what success looks like. Your idea is translated into a concrete, buildable scope. If there's existing code, access is granted. Success criteria agreed. No ambiguity entering Day 1.
Days 1-2
Architecture & Foundation
Technical decisions made. Architecture defined. For new builds: project scaffolded, core infrastructure in place. For rescues: codebase assessed, critical path identified. Development begins.
Days 3-8
Development
Focused development on core functionality. You'll receive:
- Daily progress updates (as needed)
- Immediate flagging of any blockers or risks
- Mid-week check-in (around Day 5)
- Visibility into progress throughout
We work autonomously but you're never in the dark.
Days 9-10
Delivery & Handover
Working product delivered. Full walkthrough so you understand what was built and how it works. Documentation provided. Clear next steps defined. You own everything. Engagement complete.
Is This Right for You?
Who This Is For
- Founders with an idea who need a working MVP to validate it
- Non-technical entrepreneurs who don't know where to start
- Teams with stalled, failing, or over-engineered projects
- Businesses needing to prove technical viability before investing further
- Investors or accelerators needing a rapid prototype for due diligence
- Agencies needing a rescue or expert delivery for client work
Who This Is Not For
- You need feature completeness, full product delivery, or extensive polish
- There is no meaningful urgency, and delays carry no real cost
- Decision-making is distributed across multiple stakeholders or committees
- The scope cannot be reduced to a single primary objective
- Cost optimisation is the primary concern rather than speed and certainty
- You want guarantees without making trade-offs or hard scope decisions

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you build an MVP from scratch in ten days?
Yes. If you have a clear idea of what you want to build, ten days is enough to deliver a working product you can demo, test with users, or show to investors. We focus on the critical path: the minimum functionality that proves the concept works. This isn't a polished, feature-complete product, but it's real, working software you can build on.
I have an idea but no technical background. Can you help?
Yes. Many clients come with a business idea but no code, no technical co-founder, and no clear sense of what's technically possible. Part of Day 0 and Days 1-2 involves translating your vision into a buildable scope. You don't need to know how to code. You need to know what problem you're solving and for whom.
What do you need from us?
Access to the codebase, environments, and any relevant documentation before Day 0. A single decision-maker available for quick decisions during the ten days. Clear agreement on scope and success criteria before we start.
What if the project is a mess?
That's often why people reach out. Day 1 includes a triage to understand the codebase and identify the critical path forward. If the honest answer is that the project needs to stop or pivot, you'll get that recommendation with evidence.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, strategically. AI accelerates implementation on standard patterns, letting us focus senior expertise on the areas that matter most: architecture decisions, complex business logic, integration challenges, and strategic technical direction.
What happens after Day 10?
The engagement is complete. You have the deliverables, documentation, and a clear view of next steps.
If further work makes sense, we can discuss separate engagements including:
- Ongoing maintenance and support
- Phase 2 development for additional features
- Production hardening and scaling
- Team handoff support
There's no obligation to continue, but the option is there if you need it.
Is on-site possible?
This engagement is remote-first by design. It's how the work gets done efficiently. On-site attendance is possible for a single day if there's a genuine need, but it's rarely necessary and incurs additional fees. This is discussed during qualification if relevant.
How quickly can we start?
Subject to availability. If there's a fit after the qualification call and you're ready to proceed, we can schedule Day 0 preparation and lock in the ten days. Availability is limited, so earlier applications have priority for urgent needs.
Do you work on client-provided hardware?
No. All development is done on our own equipment with our own development environment. This is non-negotiable. It's how we maintain the speed and efficiency that makes a ten-day engagement possible. Deploying to your cloud accounts or servers is fine and often expected. You'll receive full access to the codebase and any deployed environments as part of the handover.
What about third-party integrations?
If the project depends on third-party services or APIs, we need full access from Day 1. No waiting on credentials, no chasing approvals mid-week. If access can't be guaranteed upfront, we'll build against mock implementations that can be swapped out later. The engagement can't be delayed by things outside our control.
